The lobster pasta was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor—beautifully presented with mussels arranged around the plate and generous pieces of lobster throughout. Every bite was indulgent. The burger and fries were equally outstanding: juicy, perfectly cooked, and paired with crispy, golden fries and a flavorful dipping sauce. Between the inviting atmosphere, exceptional dishes, and standout service from Hatem, this restaurant delivered on every level. "From the service, food and the vibes, my friends and I had an awesome time here! I had the Seafood Linguine, they give you a generous amount of seafood in the bowl including the lobster. The sauce tasted delicious to bring out all the flavors, I recommend this place to anyone coming to Shediac."

"We had a wonderful meal at the Blue Lobster in Shediac. Magi was our server and she was fantastic. She was helpful, polite and attentive. We started with the Crab Arancini balls...delicious. our main was the Bream Filet which was cooked to perfection. Others in our group had the lobster and carbanara. It was a great dining experience and we would definitely stop here again and recommend it whole heartedly!"

"A random stop before flying home and it was well worth it! Madi our server was lovely and efficient and the food was delicious. The restaurant itself is beautiful inside! The mussels were some of the best I have ever had and we will definitely be back next time we head down east!"

"Wonderful place to visit and enjoy the good food and nice atmosphere! The service was excellent! The space was welcoming and cozy. The food and the menu choices were just great! Seafood menu is amazing! From the interior prospective (as that's also a huge part of the client's food journey, right?), having some professional expertise in here, I could note that the enter area with a bar is so welcoming! The dining area was also nice! However, I would recommend to re-design the lighting over bar. And please, take off the artificial plants from there This authentic and respectful place deserves more elegant lighting and beautiful natural flowers around you ! Of course, the client washrooms should be the same level as it was declared for the top level of the food and reflects the pricing level. Hope, it's just a matter of time for this wonderful place! Anyway, I would like to thank for our food experience! It was just good! ENJOY!"

"Beautiful patio with a variety of open air, umbrellas, lighting, & outdoor heaters! We got lucky & showed up to an excellent duo husband & wife band! Nice specialty drink options to choose from! Attentive great server! Great mussels! They even allowed us to bring our dog food on the patio! The lobster roll was small but fresh! Would recommend!"
